John was just one of the many towers of strength that has been a part of my life.
He was key player on the invite list to many of the events that happened & someone that represented family to me. 
Because of this strength, stability & importance in my life, I knew asking him to be our Evie’s Godfather was the right choice as he represented everything I believed in. 


My favourite & most recent memory of John is him & Andrew (our other daughter's Godfather) building the girls' wooden playhouse in our back garden with my supervision & careful reading of 
the instructions (or more that I just pointed at the bit for them to read next & made cups of tea). 


So at this time seeing my little girls enjoy the house that he helped build brings comfort, joy & a smile.


You’ll always be with one of the “Gods” to my girls along with Trish, Andrew & Lorraine & for that I’m truly grateful you took that role. X
