John always brought a sense of calm to the Moynihan Household. I will miss seeing him at in “his” chair, as he looked up, smile and acknowledge all of Michaels friends coming and going. (We did come over all the time and him and Trish never minded us being there) He was consistent, kind and caring. A wonderful role model. My wife Hannah and I were once lucky enough to meet John, Trish, Michel and Adele at John’s Scouts club, you could feel the incredible pride he took in looking after the place. I have no doubt that a large part of him still lives on there and in the lives of so many others who had the pleasure of meeting him. He will never be forgotten.
